Lenders Compliance Group was formed in 2007 by Jonathan Foxx, a veteran of the mortgage banking community, with the goal of providing a comprehensive outsourcing solution for companies that seek mortgage compliance services.

With over 35 years in the mortgage industry, Mr. Foxx is an expert in all areas of mortgage compliance, federal and state regulatory compliance, operations, underwriting, and guidance in credit policy.

He has held executive and senior management positions, including Chief Compliance Officer for two publicly traded mortgage companies, as well as EVP/Compliance, and Director of Operations & Underwriting, at some of the largest mortgage loan originators in the country.
